Our client, a local company that specializes in the B2B distribution of branded consumer electronic products, is looking for a secretary to join their team
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing appointments and travel arrangements for Directors
- Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports
- Preparing correspondence accurately and swiftly
- Receiving & distribution of mail and filing of documents in an organised manner and maintaining confidential information
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Greet visitors and undertake general receptionist duties when required
- Serving beverages to guests at times
- Online search for accurate information
- Order and maintain office supplies
**Requirements**:
- ‘A’ Level or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support role
- Methodical thinker with good research proficiencies
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Patience, a ‘can-do’ attitude and time-management skills
- Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Friendly and have excellent interpersonal skills
