We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Customer & Channels Insights & Analytics team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the incumbent will provide strategic insights to support and deliver customer, channel and product-focused insights.

**What You'll Do**
- You will provide strategic insights to support and deliver customer, channel and product-focused insights to answer business questions, identify business issues and improvement opportunities, and guide key data driven business decisions.
- You will be responsible for the implementation/management of a digital research panel, as well as execution of research studies and delivery of analysis using the panel platform.
- You will deliver insights and analysis to guide data driven business decisions, administer digital panel including ongoing maintenance, recruitment of panelists, manage platform administration matters and implement and manage panel engagement initiatives and communications.
- You will engage and partner the business to identify key business issues and improvement opportunities on an ongoing basis and provide advisory on methodology and business inputs for implementation of primary research.
- You will educate stakeholders on best practices and optimal usage of the digital panel.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business/Marketing, Computer Science.
- You should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer-focused primary research.
- You should have experience in managing and executing primary research studies on digital research panels.
- Experience in consumer-focused business, retail gaming industry or marketing will be an added advantage.
- You should have the ability to execute consumer research - from questionnaire design, implementation and performing analysis.
- You should be familiar with commonly-used research software and have strong verbal, written and Powerpoint presentation skills.
- You should have a highly logical & systematic mindset and is a meticulous individual.
