**Social Worker / Counsellor for TRANS FSCs (Bukit Timah)**:
Location(s): TRANS FSC (Bukit Timah)

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide casework management service for individuals and families
- Provide information and referral services
- Conduct intake and risk assessment of cases
- Provide group work service
- Conduct community outreach and organise community development/work projects
- Plan and conduct practice research and evaluation
- Network with other organisations to galvanise resources for clients
- Carry out other administrative duties required by the Agency

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**- Degree in Social Work or Counselling
- Possess at least 0 - 4 years' relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language and writing skills
- A good team player, hardworking and independent
- Ability to speak local dialects would be advantageous
- Ability in attending to and engaging with people
- Ability in assessing needs and establishing intervention plans
- Ability in networking with partners for clients and programmes
- Ability in planning, conducting and evaluating programmes
- Diligence, integrity and resilience
- Passion for working with families in distress

Salary range: Negotiable
