**General Responsibilities**:

- Restore, repair, and set up instruments with precision and expertise.
- Provide top-tier customer service
- Guide customers in selecting instruments and accessories, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist in daily shop operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and cash handling.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Professional experience in the restoration, repair, and setup of violins, violas, and cellos.**
- **Outstanding time management **and organization skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others.

This is a full-time: 44 hours, 5½ days’ work week opportunity. Salary will commensurate with experience. Applicants should be prepared to have availability for 5½ days’ work week with the requirement of weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays).
