**Job Purpose**

Responsible for coordination of incoming and outgoing cargoes in and out of the warehouse/yard and other functional operations as tasked. To maintain accurate and timely inventory management for customer and generate timely inventory reports including those necessary for billing purposes. To coordinate and work closely with warehouse operations to assist in accounting for the usage of available space for covered/open storage, to provide prompt and acceptable level of services to meet customers needs, to review and make/recommend improvement in the areas of operational capabilities, quality, safety and work processes, and assist to achieve departmental and company objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To be responsible for the maintenance of accuracy and timely inventory management necessary to aid in the smooth warehouse operations and meet customer requirements.
- To assist to coordinate and account for the accuracy, record of incoming and outgoing stocks cargo into and out of the warehouse/yard.
- To assist in maximizing and track the usage of available space for covered/open storage.
- To provide prompt and acceptable level of services to meet and even exceed customer’s need including internal customers while managing costs.
- Where necessary to coordinate with relevant parties like sub-contractors, and relevant internal department staff for the efficient and effective operations.
- To constantly review and make/recommend improvements to operational capabilities, quality, safety and work processes as well as to seek solutions to problems.
- To manage, motivate and train staff that is/are assigned to be under one’s supervision.
- To undertake diligently any other work assignment or tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager when required not stated above. This included participating actively if one is nominated to represent department in Committees or project teams.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- a high level of education and experience within an office environment, international shipping and stock management.
- be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
- be able to efficiently solve problems relating to storage & transportation of goods in locations within the warehouse facility.
- be able to operate Microsoft Office, WMS and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.
- Working Hours:

- 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday); 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (alternate Saturday)
