The Sr/Quality Manager is responsible for providing analysis of quality/regulatory aspects of operations activity, recommending actions that maximize efficiencies and profits, ensure high product quality and provide the highest level of customer service.

This position is part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Group and will be located in our Singapore Tuas Manufacturing Site, reporting to Quality Leader, APAC.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Department Direction Setting & Strategy Planning, which include providing oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies, established internal and external standards and guidelines

Lead the strategic planning with a cross-functional team in driving continual improvement and effectiveness of Quality Operations and Quality Systems

Work with Global Supplier Quality Team and engage with external suppliers throughout the sustained product life cycle to ensure robust controls are in place for critical supplied materials/parts

Formulate, implement and enforce Quality Systems are in place

Build a robust quality culture and drive a zero-defect mindset

Drive and lead quality issues investigation and quality improvement programs; Coordinate the problem-solving activities with relevant stakeholders

Monitor and manage customer complaints; Ensure proper and timely resolution with effective CAPA to prevent recurrently and to achieve customer satisfaction

Provide guidance and coaching to all direct reports, including establishing individual performance & development objectives and plan

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/manufacturing or related field, with min 5 years of progressive quality assurance and leadership experience, in the manufacturing environment.

Must be proficient at Excel / Minitab and able to analyze and interpret data

Knowledge of MicroE requirements such as eCofA/STC/SPC

Considerable demonstrated skills in listening and communicating effectively with diverse individuals, groups; facilitating trust and understanding

Ability to function effectively in a global / matrix organization
