Singapore ROLLS-ROYCE SOLUTIONS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Functional Lead in the SAP Core Solutions team.
- Plans and influences SAP strategic direction. Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation. Works closely with stakeholders from various lines of business to develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps.
- Analyzes the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement such as enhancing business processes, expanding capacity, reducing time & cost, and increasing overall effectiveness. Acts as an arbitrator, as needed, to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner.
- Analyzes technology industry, market trends and impact of SaaS/Cloud and determines the potential impact on the enterprise. Maintains relationship with SAP ecosystem vendors and maintains vendor roadmaps. Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards.
- Leads Architecture related projects either as Project Manager or Workstream lead.
- Steering of external Partners (System Integrators or SAP) within Architecture related IT Services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems or a related study, is required. MBA or MS in a relevant computing field is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a matrix reporting environment
- Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public and Private Edition), RISE & GROW, SAP CX, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP BO/BW, SAP NetWeaver with specific emphasis on PI, BI, Master Data Management and SAP Mobility.
- Demonstrates well rounded technology experience/exposure - Java, Microsoft, IBM, Open Source, CA, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Familiar with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks e.g. TOGAF. Proven ability to develop detailed solution designs. Understands architecture constructs, patterns, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced business environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to international corporations in the Manufacturing industry especially Defense industry is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills ideally with experience with a Program Management Office (PMO)
