The position of a **Service Delivery Executive**for Infrastructure Managed Services projects entails supporting various data analysis initiatives across multiple business functions. The primary focus is on collaborating closely with the Delivery team to gather, analyze, and visualise data, contributing to strategic decision-making and process enhancements.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from internal and external sources for analysis
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key findings effectively.
- Assist in data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning projects under the guidance of senior team members, working closely with stakeholders
- Explore, implement and optimize data extraction and reporting processes
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable insights to various stakeholders
- Document analysis processes, methodologies, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for working with data to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in data analysis is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
