The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive new fiber broadband acquisitions for Residential and SME markets, working closely with the Senior Manager to drive customer growth and meet revenue targets through high-impact acquisition programs. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives align with the goals of other departments. Additionally, they will partner with the Digital Team to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards, aiming to understand industry trends and practices. Identifying data-driven trends and insights from internal and external sources, they will ensure the relevance and market competitiveness of the portfolio. The marketing manager will also measure and report on the performance of all marketing activities, analysing campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting. Furthermore, they will develop a KPI framework and benchmarks to measure the success of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drives acquisition for Broadband Business for both Residential and SME through effective marketing programs
- Determines and reviews brand strategy together with senior management to ensure business profitability
- Identifies high-opportunity segments and prepares financial cases for profitable areas
- Regularly performs deep dive analysis on sales performance and provides recommendations to grow the business
- Creates opportunities for the integration of both Residential & SME Broadband Businesses in the portfolio and channels
- Provide ideas to adjust product and service offerings to enhance customer experience through insights
- Efficiently manages Advertising & Promotion Budget through activation programs to continuously create brand awareness and drive product acquisition
- Drives end-to-end insights, product readiness, GTM and post-review of programs executed in collaboration with the Digital Team
- Liaises with Retail Sales and Channel partners to ensure smooth implementation of business strategy and develop below-the-line programs to drive acquisitions
- Works closely with different functions (product, usage, local agencies) to orchestrate an established customer journey for new customers
- Develop the right brand communication strategy with the Digital Team to optimize and deliver the maximum business impact
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management position with proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with business and product development
- Comfortable with building business cases and financial modelling
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
