Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation of group consolidated financials, including half-yearly SGX interim financial statements and annual financial statements.
- Liaise effectively across different business/support units to prepare internal financial reports.
- Review subsidiaries’ monthly submissions and statutory filings (e.g. XBRL, GST returns and tax filings)
- Ensure adherence to timelines for the submission of statutory deliverables and internal reporting deliverables.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit and tax related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and SGX listing requirements.
- Be part of the Group’s transformation journey in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Processes (ERP) and consolidation system (Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)).
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
