Material & Purchasing Controller

- Knowledge about food items and materials needed by foreign workers mainly from Bangladesh, China and India and also other nationalities would be a great advantage
- Placing daily orders from Suppliers for Vegetables, Poultry and Meat products
- Pre-planned on delivery timings to avoid materials stuck for arranging
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- In charge of inhouse machineries and fridges and chillers. Able to attend and rectify simple repairs and troubleshoot problems with fridges and cutting machines. Knowledge in maintenance electrical items would be an advantage.
- Able to teamwork with Cashiers and Stall assistants.
