**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Company Strategy: Work with the executive team to develop and maintain the company’s strategic roadmap
- Strategic Partnerships and M&A: Support the evaluation and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Conduct financial due diligence, assess valuation models, and participate in negotiations.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial indicators and performance metrics. Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Capital Allocation: Evaluate and prioritize investment proposals, capital expenditure projects, and acquisitions. Assess the financial viability and return on investment of potential initiatives.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess investment opportunities, and support long-term strategic financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategy or banking/equity research related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or music-related industry.
- Strong financial planning, modeling, and analysis skills, with a proven ability to drive strategic financial decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed, to support the hybrid nature of this role.
