**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Concept & Visual Development**
- Work collaboratively with creative directors, content writers, and exhibition designers to develop visual identities, interpretive graphics, and signage systems.
- Translate conceptual narratives into compelling visual design directions, ensuring alignment with the project’s creative intent.

**2.**Design Execution**
- Create layouts for environmental graphics, wayfinding, interactive interfaces, and exhibition panels.
- Produce presentation materials, graphic style guides, and design templates that clearly communicate design intent to internal teams and external partners.

**3. Production & Coordination**
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets for fabrication and media teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure accurate execution of design deliverables within technical and budgetary constraints.

**4. Collaboration**
- Work closely with 3D, multimedia, and architectural teams to integrate graphic design seamlessly into the overall spatial experience.Support cross-disciplinary design development with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and accessibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within exhibition, spatial, or experiential design environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing environmental graphics, identity systems, and multidisciplinary design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX tools a plus.
- Understanding of print production, fabrication processes, and accessibility standards for large-scale public environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
