The Manager, Project Management will report to the Head, Singapore PMO to deliver wind and solar projects on schedule and under budget.
The Manager, Project Management will provide project lifecycle focused oversight, organization and the leadership needed for project teams to work in a more consistent and efficient manner. He/she will focus on identifying and managing risks associated with project schedules, control project budgets and support strategic planning efforts for individual projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible of permitting process during project development stage
- Coordinate with the project teams to create the project baseline schedule and execution plan; and ensure that the project can achieve the economic returns, baseline schedule and other commitments guaranteed to internal and external investors and offtakers
- Implement and improve project management tools that directly impact and drive business decisions related to the project schedule and budget
- Create, track and monitor project schedules and budget and flag out any potential deviations in terms of timings and costing
- Provide up-to-date, data-based, project progress report to Management.
- Support project due diligence process for project financing including technical support as well as tracking and closing open items from investors and independent engineer
- Track project lessons learned, compile and present these to internal stakeholders
- Support CAPEX estimate reviews for priority projects
- Contribute to strategic planning including collaborating with project teams in the drafting, tracking and updating of Project Execution Plans

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of working experience with 4+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including Microsoft Project scheduling tool
- Previous experience with Singaporean Public Authorities (e.g. JTC, SLA, URA, LTA, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships
- Solar PV and Wind Technology Expertise preferred
