Job Description:
**Industry: Aviation Services**

**Location: East**

**Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (740am to 535pm), Friday (730am 255pm)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Airworthiness Regulatory**
- Perform compliance review of changes to regulatory requirement and ensure the compliance of the change
- Prepare and updating of airworthiness authorities manual, including associated procedures to ensure the Part 145 requirements is met.
- Conduct Part 145 Airworthiness Requirement and Human Factor Training.
- Development and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS), training and promotion of SMS.

**Value Stream Support**
- Provide Quality Engineering support to the Operation personnel.
- Support Operations in ensuring that Airworthiness requirements are met.
- Participate in problem solving on quality escapes or process failures and work with Operation to implement sustainable improvement action.
- Issue Internal Approval Certifications to suitably qualified individuals.

**Quality Management System**
- Perform quality system evaluation and make recommendations for improvements.
- Formulate Internal Quality Auditing Plan and audit Quality Systems to ensure the compliance with Companys policy, quality systems and procedures
- Perform internal and external audit to ensure compliance with companys policies, quality system, procedure and regulatory requirement
- Monitor non-compliances reported during audits and initiate corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrences.
- Monitor statistical data on non-compliances and initiate corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrences.
- Formulate quality procedures as required.

**Others**
- Participate actively and contribute to HSE development and improvements.
- Participate actively and contribute to Lean Six Sigma development and improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects that may arise from time to time.
- Light travelling required

**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years related aerospace experience
- Knowledge of regulations such as EASA-145, CFR-145, SAR-145 and other airworthiness regulatory requirements is a must.
- Possesses the CAAS Air Law (L11/L12/M10) paper is preferred.
- Six-Sigma/Lean-Sigma trained or certificated.
- AS9100 auditor certificated
- Knowledge in problem solving tools, eg. 8D, RRCA, etc
