We are currently looking to recruit Quality Assurance Analysts who contribute to the process of developing high quality working software by establishing and reporting the health of the system to the team and the business. A strong technical background in software quality assurance and automated testing is required.

**Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, your main accountabilities will include**:

- Ability to suggest and implement improvements to testing, development and general business processes
- Ability to liaise directly with other business areas, external suppliers and agencies
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Passionate and agile champion who will help drive continuous improvement in Online Development
- Quickly grasp business issues and work well under tight deadlines (can-do attitude)
- Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional, collaborative team
- Exercises sound judgment and business acumen to identify issues and escalates when appropriate
- Drives focused decisions within specific areas and acts as a key contributor to decisions beyond specific scope of role
- Ability to identify key needs or gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps
- Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computing/Business/E-Commerce is required
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience in an Agile environment
- 3+ years’ experience with relevant test automation technologies
- Experience in Agile testing techniques (BDD, ATDD), executable specifications, Automated Browser testing (Eg. Selenium, Webdriver, Watir, Sahi, Concordion)
- Experience with automated Acceptance Testing tools (Eg. Cucumber, Fitness, Fit, Spec Flow)
- Experience with performance/load Testing tools (Eg. JMeter, Gatling, Tsung, The Grinder)
- Excellent understanding of QA/Testing processes in Agile environments
- Previous programming experience is an advantage, preferably Microsoft.NET and C#
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Experience and interest in emerging Mobile channels is desired
- Experience with Navitaire’s reservation system New Skies® is an advantage but not essential
- Must be willing to travel
