Oversee and assign the activities of electrical workers on site, ensuring that tasks arecompleted efficiently, safely, and according to the project's specifications andtimelines.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, andcompany policies, and stay updated on any changes in relevant regulations.
- Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workers' tools andequipment are in good working condition.
- Inspect electrical installations and work-in-progress to ensure high standards ofworkmanship and accordance to plans.
- Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that they are usedeffectively and that any shortages or issues are addressed promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and minimize accidentsor injuries on the job site.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to co-workers.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, including technicalproblems or disputes among team members.
- Ensure that the worksite is kept clean and organized, with proper storage of toolsand materials.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents thatoccur. Prepare and submit reports as required by the project or companymanagement.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
