**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1)** **Residents Management**
- Assist in all operational aspects of the shelters such as, but not limited to sending referrals to partners agencies
- Monitor, evaluate and record residents’ well-being progress where necessary
- Promote cohesive living environment to residents
- Promote personal, social, and educational growth in residents
- Assist to provide child-minding where necessary
- Weekly grocery marketing and ensure that food is adequately stocked
- Attend to emergencies during and after office hours
- Prepare reports for incidents/damages/repairs that occur in the shelters
- Facilitate the Admission and Discharge Procedures following the guidelines provided
- Ensure that residents uphold the shelters’ guidelines
- Check and update the dormitories and food inventories
- Able to travel between shelters when necessary
- Able to perform shift duties and work during weekends when required
- Basic gardening duties
**2) **Facilities Management**
- Ensure the premises are always clean
- Disinfection of rooms after every discharge
**3) **Admin Support**
- Collect mails from Post Office
- Prepare monthly reports as required
- Answer phone calls and attend to enquiries
- Provide support to events and refreshments for visitors
**4**) **Landscaping**
- Watering Plants
- Monitor the progress of the plants
- Harvesting and Replanting
- Monitor the progress of the hydroponic
- Scrubbing the floating platform at the hydroponic
- Sweeping the dry leaves inside & outside hydroponic
- Sweeping and pulling grasses at the garden area
- Pre-Harvesting eg, ordering seeds, fertilizers, keep records of its use
- Post Harvesting, eg Conduct sales of the garden produce, collect the sales proceeds, prepare simple reports on Pre-harvesting and Post-harvesting activities
