Your tasks

Sustainability Governance, Risk Management and Compliance
Manage the development of frameworks, strategies and policies for Continental raw material (RM) natural rubber (NR), via following focus areas:

- Establish governance framework and policy
- Identify and analyse material sustainability risks
- Assess and evaluate the likelihood of sustainability risks and the impact
- Selection and use of data, metrics or other indicators relevant for assessing sustainability risks
- Collate and interpret data to support assessment of sustainability risks
- Monitor supplier's sustainability compliance with regulatories and natural rubber sector guidelines (e.g., GPSNR, EUDR, GDDL, CSDDD, US Forest Act)
- Recommend corrective action plan for non-compliance

Project Portfolio Management and Processes/System/Data Integration
Manage the development of frameworks, strategies and policies for managing internal and external workstreams / projects related to Continental Tires' natural rubber (NR) sourcing value chain, via following focus areas:

- Prioritize and facilitate projects that are aligned with sustainability strategy, as a portfolio of investments (i.e., with limited budget and resource)to increase business value to Continental Tires
- Provide operational assistance in current and future projects and initiatives (e.g.GIZ, MRB capacity building)
- Develop internal management systems for incorporation into methodology and diagnostic tools (e.g. tracebility, mass-balance, segregation)
- Provide technical support in streamlining risk management processes and information/data flow across business areas (i.e., between Tires and ContiTech) and across functional areas (e.g., procurement, R&D, quality)

Supplier Sustainability Engagement
- Support buyer in promotion and implementation of RSNR requirements with NR suppliers and their upstream supply

chain
Sustainability Reporting
- Create and maintain a dynamic dashboard for monitoring and reporting of datasets and metrics
- Analysis of data inputs and development of future tool integration (e.g. advisor tool integration / Portfolio Construction)
- Manage and report NR sustainability KPIs for Group Sustainability reporting and propose (corrective) actions

Carbon Neutrality Pathway for Natural Rubber
Facilitate the development of frameworks, strategies and policies for managing internal and external workstreams / projects related to Continental Tires' 100% carbon neutrality by 2050 target via focusing on natural rubber value chain:

- Engage with industry partners (eg. GPSNR) to look at natural rubber value chain with focus on GHG (Greenhouse gases) inventory management
- Scope 3 catgeory 1 emissions reporting: support and faciliate HQ reporting via data collection along the natural rubber value chain

Life Cycle Assessment
In line with Continental's 2050 target to fully close their product and resource cycles to make circular economy a reality, facilitate the development of frameworks, strategies and policies for managing internal and external workstreams / projects related to Continental Tires' natural rubber value chain:

- Engage with industry partners (eg. GPSNR) to look at natural rubber value chain with focus on natural rubber Life Cycle Assessment.

**Profile**:
Formal Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Environmental Management, Sustainability or Data Analytics
Experience or Certification in Business Analysis as a plus
Masters Degree in Sustainability as a plus

Professional Experience:
Experience in facilitating cross functional process flow and implement systematically within Enterprise Solutions
Some experience in the automotive industry would be useful
An effective listener and is able to tailor communication styles to different stakeholders
Ability to cultivate, build and leverage relationships - to quickly identify the needs of stakeholders, analyze their motives and interests

Project and/or Process Experience:
Process and project management experience are a plus.

Intercultural/ International Experience:
At least 2 years professional work in an international environment (either abroad or in a multinational company). Intercultural skills required.
