Our client designs and manufactures data communications products for mission-critical systems in physically demanding environments. The products are used both in social infrastructure, such as transport, water, and energy supplies, as well as in process industries, such as mining and petrochemical. **Synopsis:
Due to expansion our client seeks to hire a **Network Solutions Manager **to:

- Liaise with sales team members to create valid networking proposals / datacom solutions to achieve successful project pre-sales.
- Lead the support team, developing and implementing effective templates for technical proposals.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key engineering personnel in customer accounts.

**JOB BRIEF**:
We are looking for a Network Solutions Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include preparing technical proposals for our prospects, customers, and distributors. As a Network Application Engineer, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of data communication to provide attractive technical proposals. Communication and team collaboration skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with accounts in Southeast Asia by providing excellent technical pre-sales and post-sales support. The role requires leadership skills and will supervise two Network Application Engineers.

**Responsibilities:
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key engineering personnel in existing and prospective accounts.
- Stay up to date with the product portfolio and use the technologies available to create technically attractive proposals for our customers.
- Discuss requirements with large customers and provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Stay up to date with new product
- and technology launches and ensure relevant news is communicated to the sales team and/or customer base.
- Actively participating in business opportunities of strategic importance and owning the technical solution proposed.

**Requirements:
- Proven work experience of at least 10 years in network design and/or data communication
- Good knowledge of tele
- and/or data communications technologies and networkin
- A relevant degree in IT and/or networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and networking software tools
- An ability to understand and analyze customer network communication requirements.
- Solid customer service attitude with a pro-active approach to solution finding.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Availability to travel throughout Southeast Asia
