Responsiblilities
- This position is also required to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively across organisational, technical, and political boundaries to advocate and communicate what the team does to create trust and authenticity.
- You will be leading sizable team of around 60+ members including tech leads, Application designers, UI, developers, and testing teams.
- Define and implement the programs to achieve business transformation objectives
- Define enabling architecture and implementation roadmaps
- Implement a High Performing, Agile organization
- Mentor direct reports and provide guidance for the resolution of critical issues that may impact established governance, policies, service levels or customer expectations
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
A clear communicator with a passion for technology, necessary tertiary qualifications with experience in a similar position, plus:
- Demonstrated experience in successful working relationships and delivery outcomes
- High level understanding of latest technology stacks
- Excellent knowledge of business processes and organisation design
- Good experience with SDLC and development methodology, including Agile
- Experience with IT lifecycle planning and proven skills in cost and time management
