As a Course Consultant at MAD School, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our programs, attracting prospective students, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and career opportunities in the advertising and creative industry. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our educational offerings and assist students in making informed decisions about their education.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our courses, admission requirements, and career pathways in advertising design.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, interests, and aspirations, and recommending suitable programs that align with their needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and conduct campus tours to showcase the school's facilities, resources, and student achievements.
- Represent MAD School to speak and liaise with industry partners to establish and run programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students throughout their journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, student recruitment, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and informative presentations to various audiences.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry, creative arts, or design field is highly desirable but not
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
