Overview

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of products and services to financial institutions, merchants and loyalty program operators to help them create compelling propositions that grow business profitability and competitive differentiation in today’s marketplace. Our Rewards and Offers solutions provide greater value to consumers, incremental revenue to our partners, and long lasting mutually beneficial relationships.

Role

Designated Senior Specialist, Market Product Management, we are looking for an individual to join the Regional Products & Platforms team to support product management initiatives and the scaling and deployment of our loyalty rewards platforms across the Asia Pacific region.

This role offers the opportunity to engage in product lifecycle management, sales enablement, regional strategy, product performance monitoring and excellence in day-to-day delivery, amongst others.

Major Responsibilities:

- Support the management of various payment transaction linked loyalty initiatives which leverage existing Mastercard Loyalty Solutions platforms.
- Support the product owner in delivering various strategic initiatives to expand the Mastercard Loyalty Solutions Rewards & Offers product set.
- Perform assigned tasks to contribute towards management of product life cycle
- Track the product roadmap as it relates to the regional Rewards strategy.
- Work closely with the Rewards Product Architect to package and communicate new product functionality and enhancements to regional stakeholders.
- Work with global and regional product readiness teams to ensure we have the necessary processes and roles and responsibilities in place to manage the platform and its products.
- Contribute to the regional adaptation of globally created product documentation and sales enablement materials, such as internal and external product guides and training decks.
- Support the timely dissemination of documentation and training on the rewards platform.

All About You
- Bachelor’s degree, technical background preferred.
- 7+ years work experience in a relevant industry and/or can demonstrate solid working knowledge of the loyalty and payments industry and its eco-system.
- Intellectually curious and interested in payments technology and loyalty plaforms.
- Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and creating effective product/service solutions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees ‘ambiguity’ as an opportunity rather than a hurdle.
- Detail oriented, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand, manage and improve operational processes.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, initiatives and deliverables concurrently.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
- Experience working in/with multiple geographic markets with an understanding of market entry and expansion considerations is advantageous.
- Limited travel required, some international.
