We are looking for a hands-on talent who will drive the Company’s operational goals and collaborate effectively across the organization.Job Description:
Assist the department head in managing the day-to-day tasks of the Service and Maintenance Department
Assist in managing, planning, implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning of the project
Assist in reviewing contract scope, requirements and all costings to ensure customers' requirements are met
Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal departments to ensure project is carried out smoothly and delivered on time
Attend site meetings and prepare progress report
Manage a team to provide on-site technical services like installation, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair CCTV, Access Control System, Turnstile, and other products serviced by the company
Provide professional advice to clients after assessment of faulty machines
Plan and schedule team to conduct scheduled, preventive and ad-hoc maintenance on-site
Ensure team attend to fault calls within response time stated in agreement
Manage, prepare and maintain proper documentation of the records for maintenance
Other ad hoc tasks assign by Service & Maintenance Manager

**Job Requirements**:
Possess minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in Infocomm industry is preferred
Strong analytical problem-solving skills to provide with effective solutions
Effective communication, good planning, foresight in forecasting and coordination
Competent in managing resources, manpower process improvements and knowledge in generating reports and presentation skills
Able to interact effectively with the various departments to organize resources within the Company to meet its business needs
Ability to multi-task and manage daily operations
Able to use Microsoft Office suites and tech savvy
