- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am - 12 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,500 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule daily collection and delivery tasks.
- Address and resolve daily issues related to collection and delivery.
- Calculate and tabulate trip allowances for staff.
- Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Perform cross-training among team members to ensure versatile capabilities.
- Oversee and ensure the maintenance of all vehicles to keep them in optimal condition.
- Manage and submit registrations for Safety Induction Courses and other relevant training.
- Monitor and improve team performance and discipline.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors during their absence.
- Coordinate ad-hoc emergency responses as needed.
- Prepare incident reports and lead investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive plans.
- Adhere to and assist in the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
- Comply with all company policies and safety rules.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license.
