**Responsibilities**:
Endava is a global technology services provider headquartered in London, counting over 11,000 people across the world. We have helped some of the world’s leading Payments, Financial Services, Retail and Mobility companies accelerate their technology, processes, and products. Recently, we launched offices in Asia, Australia and Middle East and we are looking for a talented (Snr) **Marketing Operations Associate** to support growth in our newest regions.

We are laying the foundation for rapid growth across APAC and MENA and this role will play an integral part in supporting our success.
- Support the implementation and execution of regional marketing campaigns
- Assist with the production of marketing content across different platforms - blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, etc.
- Write and edit content for online and offline environments
- Build and run paid advertising campaigns across social media and google ads
- Maintain regional webpages and assist in the production of digital assets
- Help organise and coordinate Endava’s presence in industry events and assist in the production of company-own events
- Track, monitor and evaluate data and create reports on key metrics
- Work closely with Sales across sales enablement and key account growth
- Provide project and admin support across other marketing activities as needed

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Min of 4 years of professional marketing experience
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and demand generation
- Experience with marketing tools - CRM, MA, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Effective time management and organising skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
- Attention to detail and strong verbal and numerical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

**Pluses**:

- Previous working experience in B2B marketing
- Previous working experience within Technology or Financial Services industries
- Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with project management tools; Asana, Trello, etc.
