Apac Logistics QA Manager

**Purpose of the position**:
As part of the Global QA team in Molnlycke, we are now hiring for **APAC Logistics QA Manager & Global Support** to be based in Singapore Regional office. Reporting to the Global Logistics QA Manager based in Belgium, this role leads and pro-actively support the Global Logistics organization in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system in compliance with the Global quality management system and in alignment with needs of Logistics to deliver the best quality products and services to our customers. Drive the APAC Logistics Quality within the framework of the overall Mölnlycke Global quality strategy. Ensure that Logistics suppliers are evaluated, documented, approved and audited (if applicable) in accordance with Mölnlycke requirements.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Actively support Supply chain & Logistics (from end of manufacturing to first line customer) projects and improvements to ensure customer needs, expectations and requirements by securing quality of products and services are constantly met.
- Lead and support the APAC logistics quality team by consistently promoting a strong corporate culture and a high performing team.
- Lead and support operations in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality management system (QMS) and also ensure adequate training across the global organization.
- Proactively drive changes in operational processes in order to improve and standardize processes or services and to increase customer satisfaction
- Actively support proper non-conformities and CAPA management of quality related issues in Logistics.
- Actively support Logistics in Risk management to secure business, customer expectations and requirements by clear guidance, training and with pro-active attitude
- Actively support Logistics supplier evaluations process and supplier approval owners ; support, review and report as part of approved supplier list.
- Support global audit program and audit Logistic suppliers based on yearly global audit plan.
- Contribute actively to execution of the Global Quality Strategy through Logistics organization.
- Supervise Quality related activities in Malaysian distribution center

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:

- Academic background in e.g. life sciences, logistics or quality management
- At least 5 years working experience within the quality area, preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industry with people management experience
- Lead Auditor Certificate (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is highly recommended
- Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/13485, European GDP, GMP, MDSAP regulations
- Experience from working with supply chain related activities, such as planning, warehousing & transportation
- Experience with the following skills: People management, process management, continuous improvement, change management, risk management and CAPA management
- A team player able to drive change
- Interpersonal skills and team management experience
- Able to develop relationships at various levels within an organization
- Able to travel according to business needs.
