**Job Summary**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and assisting in building a dynamic, high-performance team across all functions. You will collaborate with the CEO to execute recruitment initiatives that align with our company's vision and growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging technology to enhance our hiring processes, establish a strong employer brand, and ensure the successful onboarding of new talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Strategic Workforce Planning**:
Collaborate with the CEO to support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across all functions that align with the company's expansion plans.

Partner with department heads across all functions to understand the skills and competencies required for various roles and assist in translating them into actionable hiring plans.

Ensure that recruitment activities stay within the company's manpower plan and budget, optimizing resources effectively.

Assist in the development and execution of strategies to build and promote the company's HR branding to attract top talent across all functions.

Support in maintaining accurate recruitment reports to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

**9. **Onboarding Assistance**:
Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating closely with HR operations to ensure seamless documentation and orientation.

**10. **Representation and Outreach**:
Occasionally represent the company at career fairs, educational institutions, and industry events to foster collaboration opportunities and elevate our employer brand for all roles.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in meeting fulfillment and retention targets. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute to hiring decisions.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, HRIS, and G-Suite. Fast learning agility with other online tools and platforms.
