**What You Will Do**:

- Build and Lead the Regional Risk Operations Function
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Formulate and develop Risk policy to minimize unfavorable exposure
- Work with Product team to enhance risk control and merchant onboarding efficiency
- Perform monthly and quarterly Risk reporting
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

**What You Will Need**:

- Degree holder in Risk Management or other discipline
- 5 years or above in working experience in underwriting, risk management or fraud detection
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Analytical mind, data and fact orientation
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
