As Liftoff's Technical Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in executing technical, transversal projects and issue resolution on products centered around machine-learning.
**LOCATION**:
This role can be fully based out of the Beijing or Singapore offices, and is also eligible for remote work in either region.
**You'll find this role exciting because it is**:

- Optimized for growth - you'll be responsible for driving product & process improvements through data. You'll wear many hats and work with high achieving and experienced colleagues, who bring the best practices from Google, Microsoft, Amazon and other top organizations.
- Cutting edge - data science and ML are the very core of our product. Our entire business depends on how smart we can evolve our product to be. You'll get to work closely with our engineers and product managers on products that are built entirely around machine-learning.

**In your day-to-day, you will**:

- Work with PMs to track and prioritize dependencies of specific features, and bugs during rollout
- Measure effectiveness of product efforts and get feedback from stakeholders
- Design processes to streamline information flow between commercial teams, customers and R&D

**You will enjoy and excel in this role if you have these skills/qualities**:

- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Python or other common programming languages
- English Proficiency (speaking, reading and writing).
- Technical background: understand how web services work
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement new processes to increase organizational efficiency
- Project management experience

Bonus points if you have:

- SAAS experience
- Software engineering background
- Proficiency in Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
