We are looking for 3 passionate and **experienced Dental / Clinic Assistant (Weekend Locum) **to join our team.
**Responsibilities:
**Patient Care**:
- Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with pre
- and post-consultation processes, including taking vital signs and collecting patient information.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate medical files.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims (if applicable).
**Other Duties**:
- Assist doctors and nurses with specific tasks as required.
- Maintain a safe and sterile clinic environment.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic software (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
