**Summary**:
**Requirements**:

- Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in CAB reviews, change impact assessments, and supervise production deployments.
- Oversee patch management processes, including validation and compliance.
- Maintain and update operational documentation (SOPs, RCA, CMDB).
- Validate and audit system configurations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct system readiness tests and post-change verifications.
- Contribute tothe knowledge base and mentor junior engineers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in Level 2 support for 24x7 production systems, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL), Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and operational governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Preferably certified in RHEL or Kubernetes.
