You will be our brand guardian, the driving force behind elevating Goodman Interior as an exceptional interior design brand.

We are looking for a responsible and meticulous self-starter to manage and develop the marketing and communications efforts for the company. You will be responsible for spearheading our B2B / B2C marketing and communication efforts as well as optimising our digital presence.

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a **Marketing Executive (Digital/Social Media) **to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of all the services through digital channels are an important set of online marketing efforts for our group of companies.

**Responsibilities - Digital Marketing**
- Assist in the formulation of updated strategies and marketing trends to build lasting digital awareness and

connections
- Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

etc). Prepare contents (photographs/videos) for online postings
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website to improve user experience (WordPress and

WIX)
- Manage and run social media ads either independently or co-operatively based on best practices (in particular

Facebook and Instagram) to increase brand awareness and leads generation
- Consistently plan and create compelling content on social media
- Conduct market research and data analysis on trends, competitors, target audience to develop campaigns align

with the business goals
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
- Responsible for copywriting and supervision of all external communications to ensure consistent brand voice

across all touch points
- Monitor, report and optimise all marketing activities/campaigns
- Identify opportunities around events, conferences, seminars, etc. to maximise B2B and B2C brand exposure
- Handle incoming online or phone-in enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

SEO/SEM will be an added advantage (but not necessary)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Able to use various online design tools and video editing softwares
- Basic photography and video taking skills at both uncompleted job sites and completed projects
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe suite of programs, in particular: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in collaborative tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets. etc.
- Diploma, BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
- Prior experience in an ID firm will be an added advantage
