The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Support the Talent Seller Management team with execution of promotional marketing activities for Shopee Live, which provides engagement opportunities for brands, sellers and talents through in-app live streaming
- Assist in recruitment, profiling and scheduling of Talents for Shopee Live, ensuring that participation details are communicated and fulfilled
- Establish good relationships and maintain constant communication with Talents
- Discuss with Talents and/or Brands on Live Streaming and best practices to optimise their livestream
- Assist with payment and coordination between Shopee talents and participating Shopee brands, sellers and stakeholders
- Support brainstorming initiatives to boost visibility of Shopee Livestream Talents on Shopee to brands, sellers and stakeholders
- Coordinate across different teams and functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales) and external parties (e.g. brands, sellers etc) for content and execution
- Other admin duties, including seller related scope as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education qualification with background in communications/marketing is a bonus
- Enjoys working with people, able to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across external Brands/Talents and internal stakeholders under tight timelines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills - able to break down problems and draw insights from data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys taking ownership of tasks. Reliable and patient with good time management skills
- Good team player with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Emceeing/hosting skills would be a bonus
