**Job Overview**:As a Jewellery Assistant in our specialized Jewellery repair shop, you will play a crucial role in supporting the repair, alteration, and customization services while providing exceptional customer service. You will assist the Jewellery repair specialists in various tasks, including customer interactions, administrative duties, and workshop assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction and Assistance**:

- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries related to repair, alteration, or customization services.
- Gathering relevant information from customers regarding their Jewellery repair needs and conveying the details to the repair specialists.
- Providing updates to customers on the status of their repair or customization projects and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support throughout their interaction with the repair shop.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintaining accurate records of customer information, repair requests, and job statuses using the shop's database or software.
- Generating repair tickets, invoices, and receipts for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly. Coordinating with the repair specialists to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repair jobs.
- **Workshop Assistance**:

- Assisting the Jewellery repair specialists with various tasks in the workshop, such as cleaning Jewellery items, polishing metals, and organizing tools and equipment.
- Preparing Jewellery items for repair by inspecting them for damage, documenting any issues, and securing them safely for handling.
- Learning basic repair techniques under the guidance of the repair specialists and assisting with simple repair tasks as needed. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workshop area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the shop's commitment to excellence in service and craftsmanship.
- Communicating effectively with customers to address their needs, answer their questions, and assist professionally and courteously. Anticipating and proactively resolving customer concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Jewellery or a willingness to learn about Jewellery repair techniques and terminology.
- Proficiency in using computers and software for data entry, scheduling, and communication. Flexibility to work 6 days a week, from 11 am to 7 pm.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a Jewellery or luxury goods retail environment.
- Familiarity with Jewellery repair processes and terminology. Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin
