**Responsibilities**:As a Restaurant Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant service operations.
- Supervising and motivating service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborating with the management team to maintain high service standards.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and optimizing table turnover and reservation systems.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service.
- Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Warm and hospitable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5-day work week.
- 44 hours per week.
