**Job Summary**
The Programme Executive is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the clients, manage volunteers and conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards
**Responsibilities**:
1. To plan, organize and execute programmes and activities relevant and beneficial for the various age groups and profiles of clients served
2. To be the main liaison person to communicate and work with potential stakeholders such as organisations, vendors and volunteers, to bring in appropriate programmes that meet the needs of our residents
3. To take lead in coordinating, supporting, executing and providing the oversight to planned events and programmes and to facilitate programmes as needed.
4. To recruit, manage and work closely with volunteers and to develop and maintain a good database of volunteers and programmes.
5. To network, collaborate and represent the centre as and when needed, in any events or fundraising initiatives
6. Conduct periodic needs and outcome assessment to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of key programmes
7. To perform any other administrative duties as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Social Service / Social Work
- 2 years relevant experience
- Keen interest in working with mothers and children
- Ability to plan, organize, execute and facilitate programmes and activities
- Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and resourceful
