This role will manage delivery of Enterprise Digital banking solution responsible for end to end project management to ensure smooth implementation of Digital banking solution

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the bank
- Manage interdependencies between various teams and divisions within the organization
- Liason with all relevant stakeholders, to create and maintain key artefacts at each stage of the project life cycle
- Analysing project progress and adapting scope, timelines, and costs where necessary
- Preparation and presentation of project status updates for reporting and Steering Committees
- Managing risks, issues, actions, and dependencies that arise throughout the project life cycle

**Requirements**:

- Min 12 years of experience with min 5 years in banking and financial services industry
- Project / Delivery Manager with successful track record in managing Retail banking / digital banking related IT projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to build relationship
- Proven delivery experience and has been through many project lifecycles
- Ability to drive, challenge, and influence at multiple levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to develop a sound understanding of complex processes, risks, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and flexibly in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders
