Job Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and driving process improvement and transformation to ensure operational efficiency and effectivenessProcess analysis, process mappings and documentationCollaborate with IT and different business stakeholders to design, solution and manage changes to deliver joint objectivesManage implementation and support change managementManage and support any other business projects and initiatives assignedJob Requirements
Degree in Finance / Business / Banking or its equivalent professional certificationAt least 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years of experience in the banking and finance sectorExperience in business process management and/or experience in procurement processesStrong communication skills and proven stakeholder management skillsProactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a teamSelf-driven, resourceful, collaborative with excellent problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Visio and Business intelligence tools like Qlik or MS Power BI preferred

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.
Group Finance supports enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group. Process Optimisation team within Group Finance supports the finance units in identifying and driving process improvement.
