**Job Description for Facial Therapist**:

- Ensure adherence to the company service manual to ensure the highest quality of barbering standards for facial treatments
- Determine customers’ needs through casual conversations and recommend suitable service and merchandise, helping them to make decisions on what to purchase
- Recommend merchandise based on customers’ requirements & preference
- Cross-sell or up-sell products and packages as and when there is an opportunity, and provide sufficient information on various service and product features
- Direct customers to counters or display shelves for merchandise they required
- Uphold service standards by ensuring a high level of excellent customer service
- Actively assist customers in the shop, be attentive and take the initiative to help at all times
- Maintains cleanliness, neatness and tidiness of the workstation
- Keeps up with the latest Men’s Grooming trends and techniques

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
