About the Team The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries. The Content Quality Assurance Specialist will be providing support to ensure the safety of LIVE videos on the platform Main Responsibilities 1. Responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality to ensure community ecological security 2. Thorough data analysis, summarize and feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report 3. Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation’s needs 4. Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform **Qualifications**: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, livestream product user; 2. Proficiency in English as a working language and fluency in Korean is required to review contents. Multilingual individuals will have an advantage. 3. In-depth contact with local customs and culture, is highly sensitive to social news; 4. Possesses strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills, overseas working/ training is a plus; 5. Able to work under mínimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature; 6. Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred; 7. Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively.
