tewobo is an exciting and refreshing remote first Technology Services firm that is keen to disrupt the traditional approach used by service providers.
Whilst, still early days we focus on skills rather than physical location and aim to have zero physical presence. We are building a model where we cut down costs associated with inefficiency and bureaucracy and distribute that with earnings modeled around contribution, customer success and profitability - everyone feels accountable

We don't believe in writing up detailed job specs and boxing people but for certain we need a team that is entrepreneurial and comfortable with chaos. We will be disruptive in our approach to the market and whilst we focus on the broad principles that define our existence it's likely with a high growth early stage operation - we will learn along the way.
One of the key areas of focus for tewobo will be Customer Experience Transformation. I am keen to get a cofounder on board with experience in Customer Experience Advisory, Contact Center Infrastructure specialists, Omni channel presales/ Solution architects, Process mining experts and Customer churn
The offering owner would be measured on: create GTM offering for customer experience, build a team and technology partnerships based on market demand, build a delivery ecosystem and execute programs through to profitability
We are starting off and I would like to bootstrap for as long as we can which means we will have to profitable early on hence these roles will be on a profit share model in the early days till there is a sustainable inflow.
