HR Business Partner/ HR Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Regularly engage with cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Company’s HR strategy and priorities
- Develop HR policies, procedures, programs to enhance positive employee engagement and experience, drive high performance culture. Provide ‘people’ solutions through data analysis and reporting for management decision making.
- Execute Compensation and Benefit programs, payroll management for the region.
- Responsible for Talent Review and People Development solutions to strengthen core competencies and align with career frameworks
- Drive a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, achievement. Responsible for organization's performance management process.
- Develop annual Training Plan to support business managers to fulfil the plan within budget.
- Maintain and manage HRIS as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including regular HR reporting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
- Ensure employment regulatory compliance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in human resources or related field
- At least 10 years of HR working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role handling recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
- Experience working with diverse culture and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with developing organisational development and talent development programs
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
