ABOUT THE ROLE

A mid-level Market Coordinator role. This would be the first dedicated marketing role in the business and as such requires a multi disciplinary approach and the ability to work with Director of Business Development and Partnerships, Director of Product Design, the leadership team and external agencies to execute quickly, campaigns and initiatives which yield the highest impact.
- Contributing to the overall marketing plan and addressing initial infrastructure and automation tech stack needs.
- Be a brand monitor and leverage external resources to set down the initial brand framework building on what has been developed already.
- Working closely with the leadership and product teams on propositioning and product marketing.
- Self made and agency supported campaign and brand content creation.
- Tracking and managing leading indicators such as campaign dynamics, web traffic and search performance.
- Owning Unravel Carbon’s website, social media channels (LinkedIn) and all our marketing collaterals, physically and digitally

ABOUT YOU
- You will have worked in a B2B SAAS marketing capacity previously and be looking for a chance to step up to your next career opportunity.
- A marketing generalist who thrives in being across the whole spectrum of the marketing function. You should love variety and have the ability to prioritise and remain focused on setting and making deadlines.
- You should have experience engaging and managing agencies to maximise ROI and ensure the highest quality delivery of supporting content and campaigns.
- Willingness to learn, be a self-starter, and thrive in uncertainty; you would be the first dedicated marketing team member working closely with Directors and leadership on an emerging brand and company identity at an early stage startup, be prepared to venture into unknown territory, collaborate and learn.
- Required skills:

- Digital Lead Gen tools and data analysis
- Strong visual communication skills
- Lead flow automation tools and skills, Hubspot linked preferably.
- Good Copywriting would be advantageous
- Managing external providers to bridge resource and skill gaps.
- Managing websites, social media channels and other physical and digital marketing assets
- Beneficial skills:

- Sales experience / worked closely with a BD/ Sales Director previously.
- Can work vertically with Directors and founders as well as horizontally with peers in a fast-growing startup environment

- Analytical and detail-oriented, and fully capable of navigating and combining various data points to pull out key insights and set actions
- Self-starter (proactive and independent) with an ability to prioritise different assignments and tasks to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Eager to think outside of the box and creatively problem-solve
- Proposition minded, communicating ideas in a sales and customer centric way.

YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, and minimum 3 years working experience in a related marketing role.
