Job Description：

1. Manage the provision of requisitions to vessel.

2. Make effective cost control and budget

Main responsibility:
1. Review requisition and make procurement plan as per company policy.

2. Negotiate with vendors to get competitive offers.

3. Coordinate parties in the supply chain to ensure delivery on time.

4. Collect feedback from vessel and invoices from vendor to ensure job closed.

5. Record each cost in OPEX and ensure accuracy.

6. Support & assist manager with additional procurement / fleet projects including administration and operational activities

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience on purchasing role in a ship management company.

3.Collaborate withsuppliers to guarantee timely delivery of supplies to vessels.

4. Process invoice in the system and, if necessary, follow up with accounts to ensure prompt payment in accordance with procedures.

5. Fluently English in writing and speaking. The ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly “can-do” attitude.

7. Self-motivated and highly organized.

8. Good attention to detail even when working under pressure.

9. Able to cope with changes of tasks as priorities change through the day / week.

10. Ability to manage internal / external customers and their expectations.

11. Well-presented and enthusiastic.
