【Key Responsibilities】

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Provide strategic recommendation and consultation to the CEO/Board of Directors and members of the executive management team including financial analysis on projects, cost identification and allocation
- Develop and provide direction for all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization’s short and medium-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, and standards in ASEAN region
- Oversee credit control, cash flow, investment management, tax, insurance, treasury, external audit, budgeting and forecasting, and foreign exchange
- Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it’s short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions
- Present financial reports and analysis in monthly management meeting, quarterly Board of Directors’ meeting
- Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization
- Ensure that the organization’s financial strategy implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
- Review financial reports and present findings and recommendations to Board of Directors
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop financial team members to ensure the organization’s accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws and standards

Provide technical expertise and advise on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors (eg. Tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service

【Relevant Experience & Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA or its other equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of Financial Controller experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experiences in MNC
- Good business sense and acumen
- Ability to make value added changes to achieve business objectives and goals
- In-depth understanding on bank account management and international funds flow in ASEAN region
- Good leadership
