The Operations team provides support for all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting for the firm globally. We help ensure the success of the firm’s daily trading activities for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, and futures across global markets. Our team works directly with traders and counterparties to resolve trading matters and supports the credit and treasury functions.

**About the operation internship**:
An Operations internship at Point72 provides individuals interested in pursuing a career in Operations at an investment firm with valuable, hands-on experience. During the 10-week program based in our Singapore office, you will gain exposure to:

- Working with traders on trade bookings, trade verification, corporate actions, PnL
- Working with portfolio managers, traders, and external counterparties to resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Reviewing processes in Asian and European voluntary and mandatory corporate actions to assess position implications
- Setting up new securities for various asset types, ensure settlement of all Asian trades, and aiding in reconciling Asian FX and futures trades daily for teams based in the U.S.
- Monitoring and reducing foreign currency exposure that is attributed to PnL, exposure on ADRs, and dollarized swaps

**What’s required**:

- A completed bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and Summer 2026
- Demonstrated academic success as reflected in a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
- Prior internship experience, preferably in a financial institution or hedge fund
- Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to efficiently prioritize, work independently, and make sound decisions
- The ability to stay organized, pay attention to details, multitask, and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
