The Technical Service Officer role will include working closely with department team members. The duties include issuance/collection of vehicles, liaising with workshops, other departments, other business units.
- Attend to hirers to issue/collection of vehicles.
- To explain and familiarise hirers on vehicle features and in-car equipment.
- Driving of vehicle to external workshop for repairs, statutory inspection, hand over to customer and parking.
- Liaise and coordinate works with vendors.
- To perform quality check and acceptance of vehicles.
- To prepare and update daily vehicle status report.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files related to the department operations.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/ ITE in Automotive or similar related field.
- 2 or more years’ experience.
- Class 3 driving licence or TDVL licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Able to meet and handle external parties.
- Multi-tasking and with the ability to prioritise tasks
