We'll provide the environment for you to grow and thrive, if you can provide experience in managing proposals and bids, excellent writing skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office and intermediate Indesign, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field (preferred but not essential). Construction, property, design or architecture industry exposure would be a bonus.

What you're responsible for
- You will manage proposal / bid planning processes: organising kick off meetings, coordinating multiple teams and large amounts of information so everyone knows what needs to be done
- Delivering creative, dynamic, brand-worthy bid / proposal documents on time for the Asia business
- Listening to our Client Solutions team, understanding what they need and proposing the best deliverable for their requirement
- Developing compelling presentations that give our Client Solutions team the most relevant content to present
- Ensuring our clients' first impressions of Unispace are always impactful, clear and consistent
- Ensuring that the quality of our assets is maintained and consistently improved
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to innovate our approach to pursuits, establish win strategies, and to champion pursuits excellence

Work experience and technical knowledge
- 3+ years of experience working in a proposal/pursuit capacity
- Experience in the architecture, design, commercial real estate or construction industries (preferred)
- Extensive experience writing and managing proposals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with storytelling and storyboarding capabilities
- Superior writing, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
