Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures for core banking, payment processing, and financial integration systems.
- Lead the technical solutioning for enterprise projects involving Java/J2EE technologies on platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss.
- Architect microservices and RESTful APIs for cloud platforms including RedHat OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), and AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda).
- Guide the implementation of big data analytics and ML-driven insights using Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and the Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Scala, Hive, HBase).
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across solution design, PoCs, performance optimization, and technology selection.
- Oversee development and automation of BAU support tools, including monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery scripts.
- Ensure high availability and operational stability of mission-critical systems with 24x7 support considerations.
- Architect solutions for SWIFT messaging, ISO20022, RTGS, NEFT, and global payment protocols.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to prepare BRD, FSD, IFD, and perform impact analysis and high-level estimations (HLE).Evaluate new technologies and vendors, driving feasibility studies and innovation in financial solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in a Solution Architect or technical leadership role.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture and container platforms (OpenShift, PCF, Docker, Kubernetes).
- In-depth experience in AWS Cloud Services including S3, EC2, IAM, and Lambda.
- Strong background in Data Analytics, ML, and Big Data technologies: Python, Spark, Scala, Hive, HBase, Airflow, Snowflake.
- Domain expertise in Banking and Financial Systems: Payments, Core Banking, Loan Origination, Collections, Trade Finance.
- Familiarity with integration platforms: WebSphere MQ, Tibco EMS, BusinessWorks, webMethods.
- Proficiency in SWIFT MT/MX message formats, ISO20022, RTGS, and NEFT protocols.Strong documentation skills and experience in solutioning, BRD/FSD/IFD preparation, and impact analysis
